On Thursday, March 3, the cast of the upcoming Broadway revival of Garson Kanin’s classic comedy Born Yesterday met with members of the press at the show’s New York rehearsal space. Tony Award winner Doug Hughes will direct the production, which will begin previews on March 28, and open officially on April 24.
The award-winning comedy focuses on Harry Brock, a not-so-honest businessman, and Billie Dawn, a not-so-dumb blonde out to capitalize on everything Washington has to offer.
The cast will feature Jim Belushi, Nina Arianda, Robert Sean Leonard, Frank Wood, Terry Beaver, Patricia Hodges, Michael McGrath, Fred Arsenault, Bill Christ, Jennifer Regan, Liv Rooney, Danny Rutigliano, Andrew Weems, and Robert Emmet Lunney.
