Race star Richard Thomas had his portrait added to the Wall of Fame at Tony’s Di Napoli on West 43rd Street on Tuesday, January 19.
In the play, written and directed by David Mamet, Thomas plays a wealthy man accused of a horrible crime. Race also stars James Spader, David Alan Grier, and Kerry Washington.
Thomas’ many Broadway credits include Democracy, A Naked Girl on the Appian Way, Fifth of July and Sunrise at Campobello. He recently starred in the national tour of Twelve Angry Men. The actor won the Emmy Award in 1972 for playing the role of John Boy on the long-running series The Waltons.
