Stars of the theater traveled to Joe’s Pub for a one-night reading of Thornton Wilder’s one-act play.
Last night, the Public Theater’s Public Forum series presented Drama Club: The Long Christmas Dinner at Joe's Pub.
Written by Thornton Wilder, the one-night-only reading and discussion featured Phylicia Rashad, Hamilton star Okieriete Onaodowan, playwright Paula Vogel, David Cromer, Kristen Sieh, Tiffany Rachelle Stewart, president & CEO of the New America Foundation Anne-Marie Slaughter, and Wilder’s nephew and literary executor Tappan Wilder.
Directed by Jeremy McCarter, the Public Forum series presents the "theater of ideas," offering conversations and performances with leading voices in politics, media, and the arts.
