The Play Company has announced three premieres that will be presented as part of its 2014-15 season. This year, the company will celebrate its 15th season with British playwright debbie tucker green's generations (a coproduction with Soho Rep), Aya Ogawa's Ludic Proxy, and Antonio Vega's The Duchamp Syndrome.

debbie tucker green's generations (October 1-November 9) reunites green with director Leah C. Gardiner, who worked together on the 2011 production of born bad. The work features a 13-person choir led by music director Bongi Duma. In the play, audiences are invited into a kitchen in a South African township where a fragrant meal is prepared. The cast includes Shyko Amos, Mamoudou Athie, Khail Toi Bryant, Ntombikhona Dlamini, Thuli Dumakude, Jonathan Peck, and Michael Rogers.

Aya Ogawa will direct the world premiere of her Ludic Proxy (April 2015) — a haunting play about memory, fantasy, and virtual reality that intertwines three stories from the past, present and future.

Antonio Vega's The Duchamp Syndrome (May 2015) will close out the season. Ana Graham will direct this U.S. premiere, which tells the story of Juan, a solitary immigrant in The Big Apple, who dreams of stand-up comedy stardom.
