The creative team has been announced for the forthcoming Broadway production of Rear Window. The newly announced team will include playwright Keith Reddin (Too Much Memory) and director Terry Kinney (reasons to be pretty). The play will be based on the short story It Had to Be Murder by Cornell Woolrich, the same source material used for the famed 1954 Hitchcock film Rear Window.
“Rear Window is a remarkable story…Keith and I hope to honor the amazing source material and create a true psychological thriller for the stage — one that combines theatrical storytelling with new technology to reveal our primal fears,” said director Terry Kinney.
