The San Diego-based theater has announced its summer 2017 lineup.
San Diego's Old Globe Theatre announced the remaining productions in its 2017 summer season.
As previously announced, the season includes Josh Rhodes' production of the classic musical Guys and Dolls, presented in association with Asolo Repertory Theatre. The Frank Loesser musical, with a book by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows, will run July 2-August 13, 2017.
Newly announced for the season are Ken Ludwig's Robin Hood!, a new adaptation of the classic story, running July 22-August 27, and William Shakespeare's Hamlet, directed by Barry Edelstein (August 6-September 10). Additionally, Tony winner Robert Sean Leonard (House) will star in Erica Schmidt's production of Shakespeare's Richard II, June 11-July 15.
