The stars of Fox's television remake of The Rocky Horror Picture Show met the press at a recent New York City event, leading up to the movie's October 20 airdate.
Reeve Carney, best known on Broadway for his debut role as Spider-Man/Peter Parker in Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark, takes on the role of creepy butler Riff Raff. Victoria Justice and Ryan McCartan, meanwhile, play the roles of buttoned-up couple Janet Weiss and Brad Majors.
The cast also includes Tony winner Annaleigh Ashford (Columbia), Laverne Cox (Dr. Frank-N-Furter), Adam Lambert (Eddie), Staz Nair (Rocky), and Tim Curry, the original Frank-N-Furter, who returns as the show's Criminologist Narrator.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show will be presented on the Fox network as a two-hour taped broadcast directed, choreographed, and executive-produced by Kenny Ortega.
