Chita Rivera will make her previously postponed debut at the venue.
Café Carlyle's has announced the lineup for its spring season, which will include several venue debuts as well as the return of many audience favorites.
As previously announced, Broadway legend Chita Rivera (April 19-30) will make her debut at the venue with An Evening of My Favorite Songs. The engagement, which was originally scheduled for Café Carlyle's winter season, was postponed due to injury. Other performers set to make their debuts at the Carlyle include Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Steven Page (March 22-April 2), actress/singer Rumer Willis (April 5-9), and Welsh superstar Katherine Jenkins (April 12-16).
The spring season will also include the return of audience favorites Megan Hilty (May 3-14), fresh off her Broadway run in Roundabout Theatre Company's Noises Off; singer-songwriter Alexa Ray Joel (May 17-28); and trumpet icon Herb Alpert with Grammy Award-winning vocalist/producer Lani Hall (May 31-June 11). Tony winner and Grammy nominee Lena Hall (June 14-25) will also return to Café Carlyle, having just completed touring the US and Canada with Josh Groban on the Stages tour.
Throughout the season, Woody Allen will continue to perform Monday nights with the Eddy Davis New Orleans Jazz Band.
