Fulll casting has been announced for Neil Armfield’s production of David Hare’s The Judas Kiss to run, September 6-October 13. Hampstead Theatre, under the artistic direction of Edward Hall.
The play is about the fall from grace of Oscar Wilde, due to his relationship with Lord Alfred Douglas.
The production will star Rupert Everett and Freddie Fox, Alister Cameron, Tom Colley, Ben Hardy, Cal Macaninch, and Kirsty Oswald
As previously reported, the Hampstead season will also include Howard Davies’ production of Howard Brenton’s 55 Days, about Oliver Cromwell and the struggle to create a political future for mid-seventeenth century England, will follow, October 18-November 24; and Maureen Lipman and Tracy Ann Oberman will star in Sarah Wooley’s Old Money, to be directed by Robin Lefevre, November 29-January 12.
