MacArthur-winning playwright Sarah Ruhl will hold an open discussion of her work at 5:30pm on Thursday, November 15 in the Leeds Theatre of Brown University, in Providence, Rhode Island.
The event, which is free and open to the public, is being held in conjunction with Brown Theatre’s current production of Ruhl’s comedy Melancholy Play, which runs November 15-18.
Ruhl’s plays include The Clean House, Passion Play, and Eurydice. Her newest work, Dead Man’s Cell Phone, will get its New York premiere at Playwrights Horizons in February, starring Mary-Louise Parker, Kathleen Chalfant, and Bill Camp.
