Following an engagement this holiday season at The Kennedy Center, Bright Star, a new musical from Grammy winners Steve Martin and Edie Brickell, will make the move to Broadway. It will begin performances at a Shubert venue to be announced on March 7, with opening night set for March 31.

Directed by Walter Bobbie, the show had its world premiere run at San Diego's Old Globe Theatre in 2014.
