Additional casting has been announced for the Hollywood Bowl production of Into the Woods, set to run from July 26-28.
As previously announced, the ensemble includes Gaten Matarazzo (Stranger Things) as Jack, Tony winner Patina Miller (Pippin, Madam Secretary) as the Witch, Shanice Williams (The Wiz Live!) as Little Red Riding Hood, and Whoopi Goldberg as the voice of the Giant.
Joining the cast are Skylar Astin (Pitch Perfect) as the Baker, Sierra Boggess (School of Rock) as Cinderella, Chris Carmack (Grey's Anatomy) as Rapunzel's Prince, Tony winner Anthony Crivello (Kiss of the Spider Woman) as the Mysterious Man, two-time Tony winner Sutton Foster (Younger) as the Baker's Wife, Cheyenne Jackson (Xanadu) as Cinderella's Prince and the Wolf, and Tony nominee Hailey Kilgore (Once on This Island) as Rapunzel.
The production will be directed and choreographed by Tony nominee Robert Longbottom and conducted by Kevin Stites, who will also serve as musical director. Featuring a book by James Lapine and music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, Into the Woods will be the 20th annual LA Phil / Hollywood Bowl-produced, fully staged summer Broadway musical.
