Casting has been announced for the Theatre 40 production of Double Indemnity, set to play the Reuben Crodova Theatre, February 7-March 15, with an official opening on February 15. Beverly Olevin will direct.
Adapted by Katherine Bates from a novel by James M. Cain, the play is a story of obsession and guilt that begins with insurance agent Walter Huff visiting Phyllis Nordlinger to review her husband’s car insurance.
The cast will star Ed Martin (Huff) and Nancy Young (Phyllis), and feature Benton Luke (Jackson), Nicole McCloud (Lola Dickerson), Lary Ohlson (Keyes), and Michael Shannon (Dickerson).
