Theatre by the Sea Releases Production Photos From West Side Story

Theatre by the Sea has released photos from its current production of West Side Story, starring Evy Ortiz and Bronson Norris Murphy as Maria and Tony. The musical is scheduled to run through July 16.

In addition to Ortiz and Murphy, the production features Dana Hunter as Anita, Alexander Gil Cruz as Bernardo, and Tyler John Logan as Riff.

West Side Story, based on a concept by Jerome Robbins, features a book by Arthur Laurents, music by Leonard Bernstein, and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim. Set in the 1950s on New York's Upper West Side, where racial and social tensions run high, it features many of Leonard Bernstein's most famous songs, including "Maria," "America," "Somewhere," and "Tonight."
