The race to the 2023 Tony Awards officially kicks off today, Tuesday, May 2, with the announcement of this year’s nominees. The most nominated show of the year is Some Like It Hot, leading the way with 13 nominations. In the play categories, Ain’t No Mo and Leopoldstadt both led the way with six nominations a piece.

The 76th Annual Tony Awards will air live from the United Palace in Washington Heights on Sunday, June 11 at 8pm ET on CBS and Paramount+. Hosted by Ariana DeBose, the celebration will commence from 6:30-8pm ET/3:30-5pm PT on Pluto TV and will feature the presentation of the first round of Tony Awards.
