Tony Award Nominee Jennifer Simard to Play Cindy Lou Who in Who's Holiday!

Tony Award nominee Jennifer Simard (Hello, Dolly!) will star as Cindy Lou Who in the world premiere of Matthew Lombardo’s Who's Holiday! Directed by Carl Andress, the strictly limited nine-week engagement will be presented at New World Stages from November 2 to January 2, 2017, with an opening night on November 16.

Described as a Christmas comedy in couplets, Who's Holiday! follows a middle-aged Cindy Lou Who, now residing in a beaten-down trailer in the snowy hills of Mount Crumpit. As she prepares to host a Christmas Eve party for her friends, she recalls from her own perspective that fated night when she first met the Grinch, and the strange turn of events her life has taken for the past 40 years.

The show's design team will include David Gallo (sets), Ken Billington (lighting), Jess Goldstein (costumes), Bart Fasbender (sound), and Charles LaPointe (wigs).

Who's Holiday! is being produced by R. Erin Craig, Gene Fisch, Jason Shaw, Scott & Jenny Beck, in association with Foresight Theatrical.
