Tootsie Star Santino Fontana Receives a Sardi's Portrait

Tony-nominated Tootsie star Santino Fontana received a Sardi's portrait on Tuesday, May 22.

In addition to Tootsie, Fontana has appeared on Broadway in Hello, Dolly!, Act One, Cinderella, The Importance of Being Earnest, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Billy Elliot: The Musical, and Sunday in the Park With George.

Tootsie, featuring a book by Robert Horn, and music and lyrics by David Yazbek, had its world premiere at Chicago's Cadillac Palace Theatre on September 29, 2018, and its New York premiere at Broadway's Marquis Theatre on April 23, where it currently plays.
