Victoria Strong will take over the role of Margaret Johnson in the Covina Center for the Arts’ production of Adam Guettel and Craig Lucas’ award-winning musical The Light in the Piazza, beginning with the January 31 performance. Strong will replace Christopher Callen, who will play her final performance on January 30 prior to performing in an international tour of Menopause the Musical.
As previously announced, the production is directed by Brady Schwind and also features Craig D’Amico (Fabrizio Naccarelli), Brooke Tansley (Clara Johnson), David Fairchild (Signor Naccarelli), Lois Bourgon (Signora Naccarelli), Eric Snodgrass (Giuseppe Naccarelli), Abigail Kinnahan (Franca Naccarelli), and Michael Tatlock (Roy Johnson). Mark Gamez, Matt Ervien, Karin Frasier, Marisa Copeland, Taylor Tracey, and Madelyn Jones comprise the ensemble.
