Nikki M. James and Andrew Rannells will reveal the list of Broadway’s best.
Tony winner Nikki M. James (Les Misérables) and Tony nominee Andrew Rannells (Hamilton, Girls) will announce the 2016 Tony Award nominations this morning, May 3, at 8:30am. The announcement will take place at the Diamond Horseshoe at the Paramount Hotel. You can watch it live below.
James and Rannells starred together in the original Broadway cast of The Book of Mormon, for which James won a Tony and Rannells was nominated. Since then, he has appeared on Broadway in Hedwig and the Angry Inch and as a temporary replacement for Jonathan Groff in Hamilton.
The 70th Annual Tony Awards will be held June 12 at the Beacon Theatre and will be broadcast live on CBS. Tony winner James Corden, of CBS' The Late Late Show, will host.
