Wicked Tour Casts Jessica Vosk and Kristen Martin as Onstage Siblings

The Broadway veterans will meet up with the ”Wicked” company in Indiana.

Broadway veterans Jessica Vosk and Kristen Martin will join the touring company of Wicked as sisters Elphaba and Nessarose, respectively, beginning Wednesday, September 7 at The Morris Performing Arts Center in South Bend.

Vosk was last seen as Fruma Sarah in the current revival of Fiddler on the Roof and has also been seen on Broadway in Finding Neverland and The Bridges of Madison County. Her other roles include Anita in San Francisco Symphony’s West Side Story; Encores! productions of Merrily We Roll Along and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes; and Death Takes a Holiday and She Loves Me with Roundabout Theatre Company.

Martin was in the original Broadway company of Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark and has also been seen in the off-Broadway production of The City Club, A Chorus Line, 42nd Street, Cats, A Comedy of Tenors, Footloose, and Dames at Sea.

The touring cast of Wicked also features Amanda Jane Cooper (Glinda), Wendy Worthington (Madame Morrible), Stuart Zagnit (The Wizard), Chad Jennings (Doctor Dillamond), Sam Seferian (Boq), Jeremy Woodard (Fiyero), and Emily Schultheis (Standby for Elphaba). Rounding out the ensemble are Allison Bailey, Kerry Blanchard, Giovanni Bonaventura, Jillian Butler, Laurel Cannon, Jordan Casanova, Michael Di Liberto, Michael Drolet, Ryan Patrick Farrell, Anthony Festa, Dominic Giudici, Lauren Haughton, Garett Hawe, Kelly Lafarga, Melissa Legaspi, Chase Madigan, Olivia Polci, Wayne Schroder, Tregoney Shepherd, Ben Susak, Travis Taber, Jeremy Thompson, Nyla Watson, and Justin Wirick.

Based on the novel of the same name by Gregory Maguire, Wicked is set in the land of Oz and tells the story of young girls Glinda and Elphaba, who grow up to become Glinda the Good Witch and the Wicked Witch of the West, respectively.

Featuring music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and a book by Winnie Holzman, Wicked is directed by Joe Mantello with musical staging by Wayne Cilento. The Broadway production opened October 30, 2003, making it currently the 10th-longest-running production in Broadway history.
