About the Show

Undine Barnes Calles is an ambitious and haughty African-American woman who is slipping down the social ladder. Her Argentinian husband suddenly vanishes after embezzling all of her money. Facing financial ruin, Undine retreats to her childhood home in the city housing projects. She then faces the challenges of turning her setbacks into small victories as she re-affirms her right to be.
