Join Radio Boston host Tiziana Dearing for a conversation with James Beard Award-nominated chef and restaurateur Tiffani Faison. Under her restaurant group Big Heart Hospitality, Faison has created a roster of restaurants each unique in menu and ambience from Sweet Cheeks’ Texas style barbecue to Tenderoni’s, her newest spot serving old school pizza and grinders.
Early in her career, Faison was cast on the very first season of Bravo’s “Top Chef.” Since then, she continues to be a rising star on The Food Network, whether competing against the world’s greatest chefs on “Tournament of Champions,” or serving as a judge on “Food Network’s Chopped,” “Guy’s Grocery Games” or “Beat Bobby Flay.”
