Two members of a white supremacist group based in Orange County have been picked up for questioning in the bombing of an Arab mosque. The incident has caught the attention of the FBI, which sends in a fast-rising Latina agent to determine whether the investigation should be taken over by the federal government as a domestic terrorism case.
