In Sissy The time is July 19, 1975. Disco 45’s revolve, the Sandinistas have gained power in Nicaragua, and in Culver City a young precocious youth is about to turn twelve. The dramas of sibling rivalry, teen pregnancy and progressive politics play as Sissy blows his candles out.
