About the Show
The Ovation Award-winning Alliance Repertory Company presents a rowdy, bawdy, unpredictable evening with The Hostage. This piece will transform the space into a back alley brothel in the heart of 1960 Dublin. This is the setting for the story of a young, handsome British soldier captured and held by the IRA in exchange for the release of another IRA soldier condemned to be hanged the next morning.
