Unlucky in love and frustrated in her work, Shakespearean scholar Constance Ledbelly finds herself hurled into the worlds of Othello and Romeo and Juliet in this hilarious and thought-provoking comedy, written by Ann-Marie MacDonald.
The performance, part of the Sonoma Valley Shakespeare Festival, takes place at the open-air amphitheater at the Gundlach Bundschu Winery, complete with a terraced hill and lawn. There is a tasting room, open until the end of intermission, in which wine is available to taste and buy.
