Alameda Theatre Company, Canada’s premiere professional Latin American theatre company, giving opportunity to Latin Canadian theatre artists and playwrights and building audiences for their work, is challenging Latino stereotypes and creating a theatre that is inclusive of the Latin Canadian voice. The 2008 De Colores Festival, "of many colours", will expose Canadian audiences to the new Latin Canadian theatrical works hitting our stages.
