The Secret Garden

This special production will be performed simultaneously in spoken English and American Sign Language (ASL), and will showcase the skills of both deaf and hearing actors on stage together. Based on a novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Secret Garden is the classic story of an orphan girl who finds life and happiness by tending "a bit of earth"–a story that has charmed both children and adults for generations. The book and lyrics are by Marsha Norman (‘night, Mother) and the music is by Lucy Simon.
