A play that deals with family relationships and the downsides of genius — with a little mystery thrown in for good measure, David Auburn?s Pulitzer Prize winning play, Proof is the second play in Florida Studio Theatre?s Mainstage 2003 season. The play deals with the theme of great intelligence and mental fragility. But it also has a hint of mystery, as the characters must figure out the truth about a brilliant mathematical proof. FST?s Associate Director, Kate Alexander, directs.
