About the Show
Moon Over Buffalo is an insane soap opera that goes something like this: Womanizing, leading man George Hay and well past her prime wife Charlotte are having a marital spat. Charlotte finds out that her husband shared an adulterous night with fellow actor Eileen. Angry, Charlotte beguiles ‘attorney to the stars’ and potential suitor, Richard Maynard leaving company manager Paul only a few hours to solve George’s “dilemma” Eileen is pregnant! Mother-in-law Ethel will be anything but sympathetic having no patience for her untalented philandering son-in-law. (Insert telephone phone ring here!) Frank Capra calls. He is coming to Buffalo to audition the feuding Hays for his next movie. Things only get worse when daughter Rosalind and her fiancé, local weatherman Howard get caught up in a crossfire of misunderstandings, misplaced affections, and missing persons.
Freddie Ashley directs this comedy by Ken Ludwig.
