Measure for Measure

Michael Dailey and Nic Dimond have delicately sliced through one of Bill’s darkest comedies with a chainsaw. The result is the fast and cruel story of the hypocritical Duke of Vienna, his fall guy Angelo, and Isabella, the soon-to-be-nun, sister of some poor sucker who Angelo has arrested for debauchery. Of course, Angelo falls for the girl, she wants to save her brother’s life without giving in to the punk; the result is the Elizabethan equivalent of a no-holds-bar cage match! Shakespeare the way only Strawdog can bring it!!!!
