Pegasus Players present SHLEMIEL THE FIRST, the story of a simpleton who becomes a visitor in his own village and rediscovers its beauty. An enchanting klezmer musical about a village of fools, it is based on Isaac Bashevis Singer’s Yiddish folktales of the mythical village of Chelm.
