The Diviners

During The Great Depression, a soul-searching young ex-preacher finds himself in the small farming community of Zion, Indiana, hoping to find solace. He is offered shelter and work with the Layman family where he forges a bond with the Layman’s youngest child, Buddy. Due to an accident in his youth, Buddy possesses an extraordinary, near-miraculous gift no one can explain. Follow these two lost souls’ and their impact on the townspeople, forever searching for that something that allows us to go on.
