The Sign of the Four

Don Bender returns as Sherlock Holmes in City Lit Theater’s world premiere adaptation of The Sign of the Four.

“Detection is, or ought to be, an exact science,” Holmes tells Watson at one point in the novel, “and should be treated in the same cold and unemotional manner.” Thank heavens Watson ignored him; the good doctor’s natural story-telling gifts make this one of the greatest Holmes tales.
