The Sound of Music

The Sound of Music is a cherished memory filled with laughter, tears and some of the most memorable music ever written. It is considered by many to be Rodgers and Hammerstein’s greatest musical. Set against the backdrop of the Austrian Alps, a wide-eyed postulant falls in love with a gruff, military widower and his seven unruly children. The clasic songs include “My Favorite Things,” “Do-Re-Mi” and “How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria?” Barry Williams (of The Brady Bunch fame) stars as the heroic Captain Georg von Trapp.
