Bachelorette

Bachelorette is the second of Leslye Headland’s Seven Deadly Plays, a project is comprised of a play for each of the deadly sins. These plays are about how youth leads to vice, vice brings pain, and pain pushes you into adulthood. IAMA closed out the year with a production of Headland’s first play in the series Cinephilia. The New Year brings the promise of six new plays with a culminating festival of all seven plays in January 2009. Bachelorette begins the year for The IAMA Theatre Company and its artist in residence, Leslye Headland.
