Suckers, written and directed by Braden Weeks, is a darkly comedic examination of the high-stress world of marketing. The play introduces David, a young man just starting down his career path, as he is introduced to a world of suicide, polished cell phones, dancing hamburgers, and a stripper with a degree in psychology. The play examines whether the voice of the modern world is their own or a by-product of the commercials dominating the airwaves.
