The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds

Paul Zindel’s award-winning The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds comes to Minneapolis as the final production in Theatre in the Round’s 48th season. The resentful Beatrice batters her daughters with her own fears, rancor and spite. The older daughter Ruth has succumbed, but young Tillie has somehow managed to withstand her mother?s onslaught?and even finds promise in a high-school science project.
