HotCity Artistic Director Marty Stanberry helms the Midwest premiere of Stephen Adly Guirgis’ The Last Days of Judas Iscariot. The chaotic farce explores the imagined court case: “God and the Kingdom of Heaven vs. Judas Iscariot” and features a wacky Mother Teresa, a cocaine-sniffing Sigmund Freud, and a silver-tongued Satan.
Produced off Broadway in 2005, the play was originally directed by Philip Seymour Hoffman and featured Eric Bogosian and Sam Rockwell among its all-star cast.
