Ain’t It…Funny

With a sarcastic edge and a touch of vulnerability, this show addresses the struggle to find humor in a post-pandemic reality. It’s a show that dives into the absurdity of our times, making you laugh when you least expect it. Because sometimes, the best way to cope with chaos is to laugh at its face. Jaxin Jackson They/He is a black, queer, trans, non-binary, artist and educator. Jaxin’s artistic training consists of an MA in Theatre Education from Hunter College, a Lincoln Center Scholar Fellowship, and a BFA from DePaul University in Acting. Jaxin was a finalist in the 2021 NYC Queer Comedy Festival and made appearances on the Netflix Documentary- Sex Explained and A Luv Tale on BET Plus. Jaxin is also a dedicated yoga teacher, herbalist and buddhist practitioner.
