Come underground and transport yourself to a world of Beatnik jive and diggalicious bop at I Got Da Beat Production’s Beatnik Cafe Fundraiser. A Jazz Quartet swings some standards from Dizzy to the Count to Lambert, Hendricks & Ross while singers swing and poets jam, reading the words of greats such as Kerouac, Burroughs, Waits and Ginsberg. Free Bud Bottles and $1 espresso shots the first hour. This event also features a Silent Art Auction by some of today’s underground artists.
