Broadway Sings for Pride’s second annual Gay Pride concert features rousing songs from Broadway and pop hits, as well as feature stories of LGBT pride by celebrities, activists and the TADA! Youth Theater.
Performers include American Idol finalist Anthony Fedorov, along with Karmine Alers, Dani Atkinson, Anastasia Barzee, Guto Bittencourt, Chris Brick, Russell Fischer, Theresa Fowler, Diego Funes, Elissa Goldstein, Andre’ Jordan, Kyle Kleiboeker, Mary Lahti, Rebecca Larkin, Matt Leisy, Aaron J. Libby, Anthony Lee Medina, Renee Marino, Rebecca McBee, Eric Millegan, Michael Munoz, Christine Nolan, Garry Novikoff, Athena Reich, T. Oliver Reid, Max Rhyser, Matthew Riordan, Angelo Rios, Brian Charles Rooney, Fred Ross, Adam Shapiro, Marisha Wallace, What’s The Benefit? inc. (Molly C. Blau,Paul Daniel Cloeter, Nicco Franklin) and TADA!’s Resident Youth Ensemble.
Guest speakers scheduled to appear include activist and Dancing with the Stars competitor Chaz Bono, as well as Laverne Cox, Carla Hall, Phillip P. Keene, Vincent Leggett, Christina Bennett Lind, AJ Mattioli, Kaitlin Monte, Chris March, James Neiley, Mike Ruiz, and the Imperial Court of New Yorks Emperor Ritz Kraka, Empress Witti Repartee & President Gary Cosgrove.
The concert benefits the Hetrick-Martin Institute, The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center of New York City and Broadway Sings for Pride.
