Directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan, Lyle Kessler’s Orphans tells the story of two orphaned brothers living in a dilapidated North Philadelphia row house. Treat (Ben Foster) acts as a parent to his younger brother, Philip (Tom Sturridge), and provides for them both by stealing while Philip stays hidden away inside. One day, Treat unknowingly kidnaps a powerful Chicago gangster named Harold (Alec Baldwin), who uses his own personal motives to turn the tables on Treat. Harold soon becomes the father figure the boys have always longed for.
