Alan Cumming and Stephen Spinella star in Jean Genet’s Elle, adapted by Cumming. The play, which was never performed during Genet?s lifetime, is about a photographer who is sent to the Vatican to photograph the Pope and create an image the world will identify with. The Pope then tells the photographer that he is not that image, that he in fact does not exist. Nick Philippou directs this English language premiere for The Art Party.
