Observe the Sons of Ulster Marching Towards the Somme

Lincoln Center Theater presents the New York premiere of Observe the Sons of Ulster Marching Towards the Somme, a new play by Frank McGuinness, directed by Nicholas Martin. The play is set in World War I and tells the story of a platoon of proud Irish Protestant volunteers as they prepare to go off to fight in the Battle of the Somme, one of the bloodiest battles of the first world war.
