American Story

The journey of a young Irish immigrant is told in American Story, a feature of the Midtown International Theatre Festival. Mary Thomas travels to Colorado to find her wayward husband and is swept up in the union fight. Her journey includes a colorful array of characters. Fellow immigrants changer her life forever. Labor agitators and organizers, a spy who becomes a publicity agent, and a well-known muckraker are a part of her world of intrigue, violence, and cries for justice.
