Theater for the New City presents two new farces written by Richard West and directed by Lisa Moira. BOHEMIA ON WRY, is a production geared toward the beat and offbeat, upbeat, born against beat, virtual beat and bohemian chic. The first, BEAUTY AND THE BEAT is a takeoff on the beat classic On The Road. The second, LIFESTYLES OF THE POOR AND BOHEMIAN is a contemporary farce of an imperiled hippie homestead in Humboldt County California, punctuated with musical parodies.
