Two worlds collide when a weary businessman from New York City visits Cirrius, Nebraska, the smallest town in America. Used to a 24-hour, always on the go lifestyle, the traveler finds himself confronted with a place so small that there is only one cab in town, one room at the inn, and a Mayor who also serves as Postmaster and town Judge. When he begins to get used to the slower life, the man must try to figure out the town secret everyone is hiding from him.
