Reminiscent of the monologue work of past artists such as Whoopi Goldberg and Lily Tomlin, Curve introduces Nicholas Devine as an exciting, new monologist in a full-length evening of eclectic performances. He morphs into five distinct characters; the ne’er do well functionary in a rut, a salt-of-the-earth type who insists on hearing a funny joke, an aging man tormented by someone who won’t appear, an opulent old man who is haunted by his possessed record player and a young man who already realizes his mistakes and wants the chance to live his life all over again.
