Skin Deep is a “warm-hearted comedy, the laughter was literally show-stopping” (TalkingBroadway) and concerns a large, lovable, lonely-heart who gets more romance than she bargained for, when she agrees to a blind-date finagled by her well-married, cosmetically-enhanced sister.
Ms. Baker is joined by Sherry Skinker as her fashionable sister and Jed Dickson as her all-too-charming brother-in-law. Jim Ligon reads the part of her hapless blind-date from Bensonhurst.
